Teletherapy
We are now offering counseling from the comfort of your home or in person. Contact us today and we can offer you an appointment online or in person. Currently availability is in the evening and on Saturday.
Fees
We currently accept PreferredOne, Medicare, and self-pay. If using your insurance, we recommend that you call prior to your initial visit and confirm benefits, deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays associated with mental health coverage.
If your insurance isn’t listed, we recommend you call your insurance and inquire about “out of network benefits”. We are able to provide you with a super bill and submit the claim to your insurance company.
If you are paying out of pocket, the fees are:
- $175 for an initial session
- $100 for a 45 to 50 minute session
- $145 for sessions over 55 minutes
Clinical Supervision
Lance is available for group supervision. The group meets 2 Saturdays a month from 10 to noon. He is an assistant Professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Social Work and has a PhD in social work from Case Western Reserve University.
